Ongoing Consulting Access
As a marketer or sales leader, you know your business and its challenges inside and out. However, sometimes it can be difficult, even after viewing resources about the tools and Inbound best practices, to feel 100% confident in applying what you’ve learned to your specific business challenges and goals.
Ongoing Consulting Access connects you with either an Inbound Consultant or a Technical Consultant who will work with you to find customized solutions to your strategic or technical challenges. Each expert is available to you and your team on an ongoing basis.
Smarketics Consultants are available to work with you in a variety of ways, depending on how you and your team work best. They will use what you share with them about your business to create custom Quarterly Strategy Reports (QSRs) that highlight opportunities for you better leverage tools. The goal of every consultant is to make sure you get the most value out of tools.
- Remote access to an Inbound Consultant or Technical Consultant (or equivalent Smarketics expert(s) as designated by us) for up to five (5) hours per calendar month to provide guidance around your inbound strategy or technical infrastructure and general questions related to your Smarketics subscription; hours expire at the end of each month and will not carry over.
- A usage and strategy review, or equivalent deliverable agreed upon by the customer and consultant, delivered up to 4 times over the annual subscription period, but no more frequently than every 3 months.
